(1) Sports associations of at least four provinces can join together to form a national sports association or federation.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1) before the commencement of this Act, national sports associations or federations established in accordance with the prevailing law shall be deemed to have been established in accordance with this Act and such national sports associations or federations shall, within two years from the date of commencement of this Act, at least four Provincial Sports Association should be formed in the province. However, if it is not possible to form the Provincial Sports Association as per this sub-section due to geographical reasons, the Provincial Sports Association may be formed as prescribed.
